Enroll in the St. Sava Cathedral School Program
Offering religious and cultural education for children ages 4 to 18.
Join our Church School and give your child the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities:

Religious Education: Classes are held every Sunday after Divine Liturgy and Coffee Hour, available in both Serbian and English. In addition to learning the tenets of the Orthodox faith, children are immersed in Serbian traditions, language, and culture. There is no fee for religious education classes.

Children’s Choir: Open to all ages.

Serbian Folk Dance Lessons: Starting at age 4, with a fee for students aged 7 and older.

Kometa – Serbian Language Program (see pricing below)

Sports Program - $30 fee per child
Students will also have the chance to perform at the annual St. Sava and Graduation programs. Additional field trips and social events will be announced throughout the year.
All programs kick off this Sunday, September 22, with an Open House for the Kometa Serbian Language Program and introductory sessions for all other programs. Formal classes will begin the following Sunday, September 29. We’ll start the new school year with a special prayer for our students and teachers during Divine Liturgy, so please be sure to arrive on time.
School Schedule & Calendar:
September 22, 2024 – May 18, 2025
- 9:00–10:15 AM: Divine Liturgy
- 10:30–11:00 AM: Lunch (in the hall)
- 11:10–11:25 AM: Children’s Choir (Stage in the Church hall)
- 11:30–12:00 PM: Religious Classes (classrooms in the church hall and church space)
- 12:05–1:05 PM: Kometa Serbian Language Classes (in the hall)
- 1:10–2:00 PM: St. Sava Folk Dancing Lessons (in the hall & gym)
- 2:05–3:00 PM: Basketball (in the gym)
To streamline the registration process, please use one form for all programs, including Religious Education, Kometa Serbian Language, Children’s Choir, Folk Dancing Lessons, and the Sports Program. We encourage all baptized children in our parish to enroll in religious classes. You can find the registration instructions and form HERE. Teachers will also provide a Photo Release Form—please complete it and return it to a teacher or email it to parishoffice@stsavaboston.org.
- Religious classes and children’s choir are free for all participants.
- Fees for Folk Dancing and Kometa Serbian Language classes are listed below. Please contact the parish office if financial assistance is needed.

We are excited to introduce the St. Sava Sports Program, starting with basketball! The cost is $30 per child.
